You will oversee Transportation and Warehouse operations, recruit and develop talent, ensure compliance with policies, and build strong relationships with vendors to uphold high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and/or logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of the home appliance delivery and installation industry.
• Proven track record of leading high‑performing teams and driving operational success.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations including financial performance, employee engagement, and service delivery.
• Oversee Transportation and Warehouse teams with hands-on leadership.
• Analyze performance, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish performance expectations and foster accountability.
• Partner with HR to recruit and retain top talent.
• Develop and deliver training aligned with standards and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with timekeeping, payroll, and policies.
• Promote a customer-first mindset across operations.
