Job summary

LinPepCo is seeking a NON-CDL Delivery Associate to deliver snack and beverage products to assigned customers and merchandise them to drive sales. Shifts run 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM on Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri. A valid license and safe driving record are required, with MEC for interstate routes.

The role includes invoicing, loading/unloading, and maintaining equipment and customer relationships. Comprehensive benefits are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must obtain/maintain Medical Examiner's Certificate for interstate commerce depending on route.
• Working knowledge of Snack software.
• Basic proficiency with handheld devices, computers, and tablets.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery truck to transport products to customer accounts.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products per company standards.
• Create invoices for vending machine products and collect cash.
• Load and unload the delivery truck daily.
• Resolve product or delivery discrepancies and reconcile route daily.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
