Job summary

The Delivery Merchandiser Trainee at Coca-Cola Consolidated is a fast-paced role focused on learning route delivery and merchandising across outlets, including stocking and displaying products in coolers and on shelves.

You'll train to drive a Class A CDL within 10 weeks, support customers, build displays, and ensure safety standards while working a schedule starting early in the day; occasional weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for your state of residency and a clean driving record (to be reviewed).
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (Class A CDL) is not required for hire.
• Ability to pass and maintain DOT physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle and obtain required licensing within 10 weeks of training start.
• Learn processes and gain the skills to service customers using equipment and handle cash/paperwork.
• Secure company assets and inventory during delivery to customer locations.
