Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Leland, NC is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser Trainee to learn the daily duties of route delivery and merchandising, including stocking and facing products on shelves and displays, in coolers and cooling vaults. This role may provide route relief and lead to a permanent route assignment.

You will learn to drive a Class A CDL, operate a handheld device, and develop display-building skills while maintaining safety and accuracy on every delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
• Ability to obtain Class A CDL within training period.
• Ability to pass DOT physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle and obtain required licensing within 10 weeks of training start date.
• Stock and face products on shelves and displays, including coolers and vaults.
• Provide route relief and prepare for permanent route assignment as needed.
• Develop merchandising habits to meet company standards and execute plans in customer outlets.
• Maintain safety and asset protection while delivering to customers.
