Job summary

Findlay, Ohio-based Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser Trainee to learn route delivery and merchandising duties across shelves, displays, coolers, and backrooms. You may assist with route relief and could be assigned a permanent route in any discipline.

Daily duties include CDL training within 10 weeks, cash handling with handheld devices, and maintaining safety, stock integrity, and brand standards while meeting customer needs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School/GED.
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (Class A CDL) within training period is preferred.
• Ability to pass and maintain DOT physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle and obtain required licensing within 10 weeks of training start date.
• Assist with invoicing and daily cash/ paperwork procedures using handheld devices.
• Develop merchandising habits to meet company standards and execute commercial plans in customer outlets.
• Build and maintain product displays and ensure brand order and backroom management.
