Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Anderson, IN is hiring a Delivery Merchandiser for our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) network. You will deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate products at customer accounts, stock displays and coolers, and ensure shelves meet CCCI standards while maintaining safety and accuracy in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate product in assigned accounts to standards.
• Stock shelves, displays, and coolers and maintain back room organization.
• Ensure neat appearance of equipment and products.
• Foster strong relationships with account personnel and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain safe working environment and adhere to quality standards.
• Accurately account for product, cash, and assets daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate product in assigned accounts to CCCI and customer standards (e.g., filling shelves and coolers, stocking displays, rotating products, removing out of date and damaged products)
• Organize and maintain back room by stacking and arranging products neatly and organized in the designated area
• Ensure neat appearance of all CCCI equipment and product in assigned accounts
• Foster relationship with account personnel and provides superior customer service to all accounts serviced.
• Maintain safe working environment and CCCI quality assurance standards at every account
• Ensure proper accounting of product, cash, and assets daily
• Perform other duties as assigned
