Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser, Home Market, within its Direct Store Delivery network. The role delivers, unloads, merchandises, and rotates products at customer locations, stocking shelves, displays, and coolers to Coca-Cola standards.

You will build productive account relationships, ensure product integrity, and keep back rooms organized while maintaining a high level of customer service. Weekend and some holidays work is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be self-motivated with integrity and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Past performance shows dependability, initiative, and sound judgment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, lifting environment; up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Weekend and some holidays availability.
• Previous route delivery or merchandising experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate product to company and customer standards.
• Organize and maintain back room and stock neatly.
• Maintain neat appearance of equipment and products in accounts.
• Foster strong relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service.
• Maintain safe working environment and QA standards at every account.
• Ensure proper accounting of product, cash, and assets daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
