Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for PAR Retail’s Platform, collaborating with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and external partners to ensure high-quality, on-time deployments.

The role requires strong Agile delivery skills, Jira/Confluence proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects while communicating effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of Agile Delivery experience using Scrum, Kanban or SAFe.
• At least 3 years of Technology/Software Project Delivery experience.
• Certification(s) a plus: CSM, CSP, SAFe, or PMP.
• 2+ years of experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in retail or payments industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain technical topics to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and meetings across cross-functional teams to move decisions forward.
• Own end-to-end delivery for projects — scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Build relationships with PAR Retail customers and stakeholders as a trusted delivery contact.
• Manage change, bridge communication gaps, resolve conflicts, and align teams.
• Identify risks and cross-team dependencies early and drive mitigation.
• Keep stakeholders informed with regular status reporting and escalation paths.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Navigate ambiguity and maintain clarity in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive predictable delivery outcomes: on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as required.
