Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead delivery and deployment of PAR Retail’s Platform for new and existing customers. Remote work available across multiple states with reporting to the Principal Delivery Manager.

You will work with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and 3rd parties to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery and drive business outcomes for PAR Retail’s customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of Agile Delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban or SAFe).
• 3+ years of Technology/Software Project Delivery experience.
• Certification(s) a plus: CSM, CSP, SAFe, or PMP
• 2+ years of experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in the retail and/or payments industry is a plus.
• Self-driven with strong organization and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and meetings across cross-functional teams to move decisions forward.
• Own end-to-end delivery for projects — accountable for scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Build relationships with PAR Retail customers and stakeholders as a trusted contact during delivery.
• Manage change, bridge communication gaps, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation before they impact delivery.
• Keep stakeholders informed through clear status reporting and propose paths forward when needed.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment where change is constant.
• Drive measurable delivery outcomes — predictability, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as required.

Delivery Manager

will be responsible for leading delivery and deployment of Par Retail’s Platform for both new and existing Par Retail Customers. You will work collaboratively across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and 3rd parties to ensure high-quality on-time delivery of programs in support of driving business outcomes for Par Retail’s Customers.

Remote - New York, Texas, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, Minnesota, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois

Reports To

This position reports to the Principal Delivery Manager.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 3 years of Agile Delivery experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe methodologies
• At least 3 years of Technology/Software Project Delivery experience
• Certification(s) a plus: CSM, CSP, SAFe, or PMP
• 2+ years of experience using Jira and Confluence
• Results oriented collaborative team player with a keen ability to demystify and streamline processes
• Experience in the retail and/or payments industry is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and listening skills; able to present technical subject matter across a variety of stakeholder levels
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work in a self-guided manner
• Great organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

• Navigate ambiguity and bring clarity in a fast-paced environment where change is constant
• Drive toward measurable delivery outcomes — predictability, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction
• Perform other duties as required
