Job summary

Nebius is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of physical security projects across our global data center portfolio. You will coordinate planning through commissioning, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with technical and operational requirements.

Unlike a traditional PM, you will drive execution, remove obstacles, and maintain stakeholder alignment. Regular travel and at least 50% onsite presence during critical phases are required to ensure project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years delivering infrastructure projects.
• Strong coordination and multi-project management skills.
• Proficient with project management tools such as MS Project/Jira/Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of physical security projects from planning through handover.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and execution.
• Coordinate construction teams, engineering, procurement, security, IT, operations, and vendors.
• Ensure procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems.
• Provide regular status updates to PMO and Regional Manager for Physical Security.
