Job summary

Nebius, a forward-leaning cloud infrastructure company, is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of physical security projects across its global data center portfolio. The role focuses on execution, coordinating construction, engineering, procurement, and security teams, with regular travel and onsite presence for critical phases to ensure on-time delivery.

Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years of infra project experience.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of physical security projects across our global data center portfolio. This role is responsible for coordinating the successful execution of projects from planning through commissioning and handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to technical and operational requirements.

Unlike a traditional Project Manager, the Delivery Manager focuses on driving execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, removing delivery obstacles, and ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires regular travel and onsite presence for at least 50% of the time during critical phases of construction and commissioning to ensure successful project delivery.

Experience with data center construction, particularly from a physical security perspective, is a strong advantage.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

We Expect You To Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex infrastructure, construction, or technology projects.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar.

Base Compensation Range

$107,100—$133,800 USD
