Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Title: REMOTE Agile Delivery Manager

Location: Fully Remote (Preferred: EST or CST time zones)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Some Flexibility)

Contract Duration: 6-Month Contract, potential for FTE conversion.

Must-haves:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Program Lead
• Proactive, self-directed, and outcome-oriented—known for getting things done
• Experience working with multiple squads
• Adaptable and open-minded, with strong cross-functional communication and a growth mindset
• Proven ability to elevate cross-functional risks and manage complex team dependencies
• Strong background in Scaled Agile practices (SAFe, Lean, Kanban, or custom frameworks)

Plusses:

• Hands-on experience with Quarterly/PI Planning
• Comfortable working in flat, non-hierarchical organizations

As a Senior Scrum Master / Delivery Manager, you will support two agile squads while collaborating with over 25 teams across the organization. You’ll be responsible for identifying and elevating cross-team risks, managing dependencies, and guiding teams through Quarterly/PI Planning. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds trust quickly, and has a reputation for getting things done. You’ll facilitate agile ceremonies, help teams adopt lightweight and scalable practices, and serve as a connector between teams—surfacing insights, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of learning and accountability. Success in this flat, collaborative environment requires humility, curiosity, and a systems-thinking mindset. Compensation: $110,000 to $125,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
