Job summary

Moro Technology Corporation in the United States is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to enable agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, and remove blockers to meet sprint commitments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across distributed teams worldwide, provide transparent delivery metrics, and drive continuous improvement in our global software engineering practice. This role also requires excellent English communication and hands-on use of Jira/Confluence for planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Technology, Business, Management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Familiarity with SAFe is a plus.
• H hands-on experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and whiteboarding tools.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and enable teams to deliver efficiently.
• Ensure delivery of sprint commitments and remove blockers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for planning.

You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to support planning and provide clear visibility of delivery through team metrics and reporting.

• Excellent communication skills in English, as you will engage with colleagues and clients globally


• Comfortable working with delivery metrics and data to support planning and reporting.


• Agile or Project Management certifications (e.g., Scrum certifications) are considered a plus
