Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years as a Delivery Manager leading enterprise payment initiatives.
• Strong experience delivering projects in Payments, including payment processing, operations, ACH, Wire, RTP, SWIFT, Cards, or ISO 20022.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders on the floor, build trusted relationships, and influence business decisions.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, distributed teams, vendors, budgets, and executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Job description

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years as a Delivery Manager leading enterprise payment initiatives.
• Strong experience delivering projects in Payments, including payment processing, payment operations, ACH, Wire, RTP, SWIFT, Cards, or ISO 20022.
• Good experience with consulting and on-floor selling exposure.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex delivery engagements in Banking or Financial Services.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders on the floor, build trusted relationships, and influence business decisions.
• Strong consultative approach with the ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, distributed teams, vendors, budgets, and executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
