Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City seeks a Product Delivery Director for Treasury Services, USD Clearing, to lead the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle and drive enhancements for faster, compliant value delivery.

As a senior leader, you will mentor a dedicated team, shape roadmaps, partner with Product Management, Client Service, Implementations and Operations, and deliver client-facing value propositions across the payments lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Experience leading operational management and change readiness.
• Experience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Strong knowledge of payments rails and operating models (e.g., Wires, RTP/FedNow, Swift/cross-border, treasury payment APIs).

Responsibilities

• Directs end-to-end product delivery journey across intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, and performance reporting.
• Owns change management framework across partners ensuring risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintains visibility over timelines and dependencies, monitors blockers, ensures adequate resourcing, and liaises with stakeholders.
• Coaches and mentors the product delivery team on resource management, dependencies, and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies.
• Partners with Product Management, Client Service, Implementations, and Operations to capture requirements and translate them into prioritized outcomes.
• Produces product & design artifacts: BRDs/epics, journey maps, workflow diagrams, operating model changes, and client-facing value propositions.
• Owns delivery for roadmap initiatives: scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and release planning.
• Ensures end-to-end delivery across technology and operational teams, including integration and testing strategy environment readiness.
• Ensures solutions support full payments lifecycle: initiation, validation/enrichment, routing, screening, posting/settlement, reconciliation, reporting, returns, investigations, and client notification.

As a Product Delivery Director in Treasury Services, USD Clearing, you foster enhancements and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your skillset to transform product delivery and create new ways for teams to continuously deliver value to their customers. You will create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.You will contribute on discovery, solution design and roadmap shaping for the USD Clearing processing application transformation and will partner on Channels uplift initiatives as a payments SME.

Job responsibilities

• Directs principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
• Owns the change management framework across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Maintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
• Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
• Strong knowledge of payments rails and operating models (e.g., Wires, RTP/FedNow, Swift/cross-border, treasury payment APIs).
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrixed, regulated environment with senior stakeholder management.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams on solution design, delivery planning, and production launch readiness.
