Job summary

Synechron, a global consulting firm, seeks an experienced Delivery Manager with deep Retirement domain expertise to lead large-scale client engagements and delivery programs. You will drive end-to-end technology transformations for retirement, pension, and wealth administration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or technology delivery.
  • Strong domain expertise in Retirement Services, including 401(k), pension administration, retirement recordkeeping, benefits administration, or wealth and retirement platforms.
  • Proven track record of stakeholder management and executive-level client engagement.
  • Strong program management, budgeting, and governance experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in the Retirement domain to lead large-scale client engagements and delivery programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services and consulting, managing complex technology initiatives for retirement, pension, and wealth administration clients.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Piscataway, NJ is $150k - $180k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or technology delivery.
  • Strong domain expertise in Retirement Services, including 401(k), pension administration, retirement recordkeeping, benefits administration, or wealth and retirement platforms.
  • Proven track record of stakeholder management and executive-level client engagement.
  • Strong program management, budgeting, and governance experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred but not required
  • Experience working with leading Retirement providers, recordkeepers, or financial services organizations.
  • Knowledge of retirement administration platforms and related business processes.
  • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications are a plus
