The Delivery Manager plays a vital role in leading complex client engagements and taking ownership of successful delivery across multiple projects or workstreams. This role is accountable for effective delivery leadership, client‑facing engagement, stakeholder alignment, risk management, budget oversight, and team coordination. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Delivery Manager builds strong customer relationships, identifies opportunities to create business value, and leads teams toward the delivery of high‑quality software solutions that meet agreed scope, timelines, outcomes, and quality standards.

Position Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to deliver high‑quality services within agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality expectations while proactively managing risks.
  • Serve as the primary delivery contact for clients, coordinating execution across functional teams and ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budget, risks, and agreed outcomes.
  • Support project initiation and planning by drafting and maintaining project charters, proposals, and quotations that clearly define objectives, scope, budget, assumptions, constraints, and success criteria.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear delivery outcomes, success measures, and reporting expectations.
  • Manage milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource needs by maintaining integrated delivery plans across projects or workstreams.
  • Provide clear delivery reporting to stakeholders, including progress, risks, issues, decisions, budget status, and required actions.
  • Apply Agile and Scrum practices, where appropriate, to support predictable delivery, effective team coordination, transparent prioritization, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate across engineering, product, design, QA, and client stakeholders to support delivery execution, resolve dependencies, and ensure commitments are met.
  • Establish and maintain delivery governance, including meeting cadence, decision tracking, status reporting, escalation paths, and accountability for follow‑through.
  • Manage scope, change requests, delivery constraints, and stakeholder expectations to support predictable and high‑quality client outcomes.
  • Maintain program‑level visibility across active work, including delivery status, key risks, unresolved issues, dependencies, decisions, and escalation items.
  • Facilitate stakeholder decision‑making by surfacing trade‑offs, clarifying options, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow‑through on agreed actions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 10+ Years of enterprise‑level program or delivery management experience, including:
  • Experience leading complex client engagements with multiple stakeholders, teams, dependencies, and delivery workstreams.
  • Proven track record managing delivery plans, risks, scope, budgets, stakeholder communications, and execution in Agile consulting environments.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, management, problem‑solving, systems thinking, and client engagement.
  • Exceptional skill in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Strong consulting skills with a history of understanding client needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Exceptional understanding of business process automation and how automation opportunities can support client delivery outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and responsible use.

Colorado Salary Range

$130,000 - $180,000 USD
