Job summary

Magnit Global in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead daily operations and strategic delivery for designated client accounts. You will manage teams, ensure client satisfaction, and drive efficiency in a hybrid onsite model.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in client services/HR with 3+ years in people management, solid knowledge of VMS and contingent labor, and advanced Excel analytics. Relocation not required; US-based role with enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 5+ years in client services, staffing/MSP, HR, or recruitment.
• 3+ years in a people management role.
• Understanding of contingent labor lifecycle, VMS, and supplier performance.
• Experience with large enterprise clients and employment compliance; strong Excel and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performance team of Consultants and Senior Consultants.
• Coach, train, and manage performance; ensure engagement across locations.
• Oversee HR tasks, performance improvement plans, and employment law compliance.
• Mentor reports; foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor capacity, workload, and productivity; address delivery challenges promptly.
