The Role

As Delivery Lead, you’ll be leading the end-to-end delivery of world-class video content using the latest AI tools, across a wide range of platforms and formats. You’ll oversee everything from branded campaigns to social shorts, animation, documentary-style storytelling, and live-action shoots — helping brands bring their messages to life with clarity, purpose, and creative excellence.

You’ll be leading in our growing delivery team, managing collaborators, technology innovations, overseeing budgets and timelines, and ensuring everything we make is delivered at the highest level using the latest AI tools and workflows.

How You Will Make Your Mark
  • Own and oversee the delivery of multiple video projects — from briefing to post-production — ensuring creative output is powerful, on-brand, and on time.
  • Work closely with video editors, producers and motion designers using AI to shape stories and experiences that drive impact.
  • Support pitches, concept development, and creative treatments — ensuring production vision is aligned with client ambition.
  • Drive innovation by integrating cutting‑edge AI tools into every stage of the video production lifecycle — from ideation and scripting to editing and post.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously evolve our AI capabilities, ensuring we’re pushing boundaries and setting standards in creative AI.
  • Evaluate, test, and deploy emerging AI technologies that enhance creativity, efficiency, and storytelling impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to establish AI protocols that protect creative integrity and brand authenticity.
Client Management
  • Act as a key client‑facing lead on video projects — building relationships, setting expectations, explaining workflows and ensuring seamless communication throughout the production journey.
  • Translate briefs into actionable production plans, while identifying opportunities for innovation and added value.
  • Present ideas, methodologies, concepts, timelines, and budgets with clarity and confidence.
Operational Excellence
  • Manage budgets, schedules, crews, technology and resources across multiple concurrent projects — always with a sharp eye on quality and efficiency.
  • Develop AI-based production best practices, streamline workflows, and scale operations as the team grows.
  • Build and manage a trusted network of freelance talent, including directors, editors, DOPs, animators, and production crew that align with the latest workflows and technologies.
  • Mentor junior members of the team to support skills growth, confidence, and collaboration.
  • Champion an inclusive, respectful, and curious culture.
  • Inspire teams to explore new formats, AI technologies, and creative AI approaches in video storytelling.
What You Will Bring to Make Your Mark
  • Deep understanding of project management, video production tools, formats, AI workflows, and AI post‑production processes.
  • 10+ years of experience in video production, with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality branded and editorial content across formats.
  • Confident leading teams across both live‑action, events and animation projects from brief to delivery.
  • Experience managing teams across large‑scale budgets and multi‑location productions.
  • Comfortable working directly with clients, creative teams, and external partners in a fast‑paced, high‑standard environment.
  • Skilled at balancing creative ambition with logistical and financial realities.

This role is offered as a 3-month contract with the view to move to permanent.
