Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or change-delivery experience in capital markets.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a large matrix organization.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity under pressure.
• Strong stakeholder-management, negotiation, and executive communication.
• Familiarity with regulatory change and trade flow understanding.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end stream delivery, including planning, execution, testing, implementation readiness, and closure.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into scope, milestones, delivery plans, dependencies, and accountable owners.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across business, technology, control partners, clearing organizations, custodians, counterparties, and vendors.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively resolving blockers with mitigation plans.
• Drive alignment across requirements, design, technology delivery, testing, operational readiness, and implementation activities.
• Maintain required project artifacts and provide concise, decision-oriented reporting and go/no-go recommendations.
