Delivery Lead /Senior Program Manager (Hybrid)

Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Delivery Lead/SPM with experience in Project Time Management, Project Quality Management, Project Risk Management, Project Customer Management, Project Budgeting, and MS Project. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications. Our team members have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a Delivery Lead /Senior Program Manager with solid experience (12+ years).
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in Project Time Management, Project Quality Management, Project Risk Management, Project Customer Management, Project Budgeting, and MS Project.
• Experience in Consumer Lending is required.
• The work model is hybrid with day shifts and occasional travel required.

Qualifications:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Program Time Management.

• Program Risk Management.
• Program Customer Management.
• Program Budgeting and MS Project.

Salary and Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $102,600 – $162,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
