Job summary

Accenture Flex in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Agile Product Manager to drive end-to-end web and mobile product development. The role combines backlog management, user-centric design collaboration, and data-driven decision making in a hybrid on-site setting.

You will partner with UX/UI designers and cross-functional teams to deliver iterative improvements while maintaining clear stakeholder communications and release updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile product execution by facilitating backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iterative delivery while supporting end to end web and mobile product development.
• Collaborate closely with UX UI designers to enhance usability and customer experience, while managing content, data configuration, and digital workflow updates across platforms.
• Leverage user feedback, product metrics, and performance data to drive product improvements and informed decision making.
• Drive continuous process optimization by improving team workflows, delivery efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through product documentation, presentations, status reporting, and release updates to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week on-site in Charlotte, NC. Mandatory contractor time away 3 days a quarter.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience with Agile Product Management & Scrum Execution
