Job summary

TEKsystems Global Services is seeking a role focusing on payroll and onboarding operations within the United States. You will manage end-to-end timecard and payroll processes, oversee onboarding activities, and serve as the central point for consultant support and operational issues.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and project management skills, with exposure to professional services agreements and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & workforce administration: manage timecard approvals, overtime validation, payroll issue resolution, and escalations.
• Monitor payroll compliance and coordinate with delivery teams for timely processing.
• Support payroll audits and operational tracking for workforce readiness and business continuity.
• Serve as SME for consultant payroll inquiries, PTO balances, and timesheet corrections.
• Onboarding & workforce readiness: lead onboarding from intake to start-date readiness, ensuring compliance and provisioning.
• Coordinate across Recruiting, Engagement Managers, Delivery teams, and TPMs for seamless onboarding.
• Manage onboarding communications, status tracking, issue resolution, and readiness reporting with transparency.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes, documentation, and workflows.

On our Meta account, the CORE Team serves as the operational backbone of the delivery organization, providing centralized support for onboarding, compliance, workforce administration, payroll/timecard processes, consultant support, and operational governance. The team partners closely with Delivery Leads, Engagement Managers, Recruiting, Sales, and TPMs to ensure a seamless consultant experience and consistent execution of key business processes.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Payroll & Workforce Administration

• Manage end-to-end timecard and payroll support processes, including timecard approvals, overtime validation, payroll issue resolution, and escalation management.
• Monitor payroll compliance, identify missing or late timecards, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Support payroll-related audits, and operational tracking to support workforce readiness and business continuity.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for consultant payroll inquiries, PTO balances, and timesheet corrections.

Onboarding & Workforce Readiness

• Lead consultant onboarding activities from intake through start-date readiness, ensuring compliance, provisioning, equipment coordination, and access requirements are completed on time.
• Coordinate across Recruiting, Engagement Managers, Delivery teams, and TPMs to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
• Manage onboarding communications, status tracking, issue resolution, and readiness reporting to provide transparency throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes, documentation, and workflows to enhance efficiency, and visibility.

Consultant Issue & Operational Support Management

• Serve as the centralized point of contact for consultant support requests, operational inquiries, and escalations.
• Manage intake, prioritization, assignment, tracking, and resolution of consultant issues, ensuring timely communication and adherence to service expectations.
• Monitor ticket queues, trends, and recurring issues to identify root causes and drive process improvements.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, knowledge resources, dashboards, and reporting to support consistent service delivery and consultant satisfaction.

US Salary range:$50,000 - $90,000 Potential bonus up to: $10,000
