Job summary
Intapp is seeking a Manager, DealCloud Delivery to lead client implementations in the Legal segment, overseeing delivery governance and commercial support for Services Sales. You will manage a team of consultants, drive project execution, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes across a portfolio of engagements.
The role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder management with experience in professional services or law firms.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in consulting/professional services, including 2+ years in a management role.
- Prior success within a law firm or professional services organization, with project, portfolio, or program management experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, strong business and analytical acumen, proven success delivering complex project implementations.
Responsibilities
- Own the execution and delivery quality of a portfolio of client implementations, including staffing, forecasting, budgets, and team efficiency.
- Directly manage a team of Senior/Consultants/Associate Consultants for implementation delivery and growth.
- Conduct weekly check-ins to surface risks and personnel concerns; manage project data in CRM.
