Qualifications

• 3+ years as Technical Delivery Lead or PM in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record leading agile, customer-facing PS engagements on time and on budget.
• German C1/C2 fluency and strong aptitude for strategic problem-solving.

• Ensure predictable delivery of PS implementation engagements by turning customer outcomes into realistic plans.
• Drive execution with technical credibility and manage change, trade-offs, and scope decomposition.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead end-to-end delivery and keep multi-party teams aligned on goals, outcomes, and budget.
• Own stakeholder communication and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks.

What you bring:
