Job summary

SR2 | Socially Responsible Recruitment is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead for a contract, hybrid role across multiple locations in the UK. You will coordinate delivery across several Agile teams, shaping demand into structured work and keeping multiple workstreams aligned and unblocked.

Ideal candidates will have strong backlog management, experience in Scrum Master or Delivery Manager positions, and be comfortable with travel. SC clearance or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering across multiple Agile teams/workstreams.
• Backlog management from epics to user stories and tasks.
• Experience as Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning and dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Ability to identify delivery risks, priorities, and blockers.
• Experience in defence, engineering, manufacturing, or tech environments.
• Exposure to architecture, cyber, or governance processes.
• Experience supporting business analysis or requirements gathering.
• Existing SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance.

Agile Delivery Lead – Contract – Hybrid (Multiple locations)

We're looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to coordinate and drive delivery across multiple teams within a complex engineering and technology environment.

This is a hands-on delivery role focused on managing multiple backlogs, shaping incoming demand, and ensuring engineering teams remain aligned, prioritised, and unblocked. Working closely with Business Analysts, technical specialists, and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in turning high-level initiatives into structured, deliverable work while maintaining momentum across several concurrent workstreams.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience managing delivery across multiple Agile teams or workstreams
• Strong backlog management experience, from epics through to user stories and tasks
• Experience working as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, or similar Agile delivery role
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and dependency management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile delivery tools
• Ability to identify delivery risks, manage priorities, and remove blockers

Additional Information:

• Initial 6-12 month contract
• 500-550/day Inside IR35 (some flexibility)
• Active SC Clearance required
• Hybrid working - you will travel to multiple sites & entities so must be comfortable with travelling
• Strong likelihood of extension
