Job Description

• Assign all work assignments, commit the team to the work, manage the quality of the work and drive the people management activities within the team
• Requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
• May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
• Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
• May interact with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture
• Scope degree of accountability for assigned tasks, our clients and or the organization, as measured by size of work effort and scale of entity and or program
• Manages small teams and or work efforts if in an individual contributor role at a client or within Accenture

Job Requirements

• The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a SME/Team Lead
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Client Facing/Operations environment
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service Call Center environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Group Insurance background
• Proficiency with MS Office applications to include Word and Excel
• Experience in coaching, training and/or auditing
• Experience interacting with all levels of a professional organization and work cross functionally across many teams
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in continuous improvement
• Bachelor's Degree
