• Experience in delivering programs that involve Cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools and services.
• Strong experience in Agile best practices, estimation methodologies and quality management.
• Exposure to data and analytics solutions.
• Experience in establishing architectural blueprints.

Team Management & Growth

• Proven ability to manage, grow and expand large engineering technology team.
• Ability to drive technology team and build community best practices.
• Strong recruitment skills with proven experience in defining & evaluation key skills (technical, interpersonal).
