Technical Prowess:

1. Extensive experience leading enterprise-level implementations in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and digital engineering programs involving technologies such as React, Angular, Spring Boot, .NET, Java, and API development.
2. Experience delivering programs involving Cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools/services.
3. Strong background in Agile practices, estimation methodologies, and quality management.
4. Exposure to data and analytics solutions.
5. Experience establishing architectural blueprints.

Team Management & Growth

1. Proven ability to manage, grow, and expand large engineering teams.
2. Ability to drive technological excellence and build community best practices.
3. Strong recruitment skills with experience in defining and evaluating key technical and interpersonal skills.
