Job summary

Johnstone Supply in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Delivery Rep I to provide efficient order picking, loading, and on-time deliveries. You will maintain inventory, operate basic warehouse equipment, and help keep company vehicles in good condition.

The role is full-time and non-exempt, reporting to the Branch Manager, with driving responsibilities and a focus on accurate order fulfillment. A valid driver's license and forklift certification are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Two years’ experience in a warehouse/distribution and driver/delivery preferred.
• Forklift operation certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders for delivery or pickup.
• Load/unload orders into company vehicles and ensure proper shipment.
• Deliver products to customers on schedule and in good condition.
• Maintain and perform minor repairs on company vehicles.
• Perform general material handling and cycle counting.
