Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification and DOT medical card (if required).
• Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and track inventory to maintain accurate stock level.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup.
• Safely load and unload products using proper equipment and technique.
• Deliver products to customers and company locations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and report any issue.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Complete delivery paperwork and logs accurately.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to customers in person and over the phone.
• Support team operations and assist with other tasks as needed.
