Job summary

Georgia Spa Company in Blairsville, GA is seeking a Delivery Crew Member to join our North Georgia delivery team. This Full Time role involves delivering hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and accessories and supporting installations for customers.

Applicants should be able to lift heavy items, hold a valid driver’s license, and operate a forklift. The position requires driving a vehicle and trailer and maintaining vehicle standards while providing professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work/communicate with our sales and service teams to deliver customer value and satisfaction.
• Communicate technical issues and spa care information, as needed
• Assist in all phases of product delivery and installation
• Record delivery checklist results for all jobs
• Assist to diagnosis installation spa issues and solutions
• Drive vehicle and trailer (including gooseneck trailer), as necessary
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues and maintain vehicles to standards
• Maintain Georgia Spa Company standards in compliance with the company employee manual
