Snake River Pool & Spa is hiring a Delivery & Installation Technician in Boise, ID. This full-time role involves delivering and installing hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, pools, and game tables. Training will be provided for those without industry experience.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday |

Looking for a hands‑on job where you can learn new skills and work with a great team? Snake River Pool & Spa is looking for a dependable, motivated Delivery & Installation Technician to join our team.

No hot tub, pool, or spa experience is required. We will train the right person!

What We're Looking For

You don't need industry experience to apply. We're looking for someone who:

• Has a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Is dependable, hardworking, and safety-minded
• Enjoys hands‑on work and learning new skills
• Is comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work
• Communicates well and provides friendly, professional customer service
• Has basic smartphone and computer skills
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical capacities test

Experience driving a truck and towing a trailer is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

What We'll Train You To Do

We'll provide hands‑on training to help you learn:

• Hot tub, swim spa, sauna, and pool delivery and installation
• Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
• Product service and repair
• Forklift operation and certification
• Safe product loading, securing, and handling
• Trailer towing, backing, and maneuvering
• Proper use of specialized tools and equipment
• Customer product orientation and basic maintenance instruction

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

Pay:$21–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Delivery Bonus Program: Earn additional compensation through our delivery bonus program on top of your regular hourly pay.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. Occasional evenings and weekends are required for setup and tear‑down of special events and trade shows.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver and install hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, pools, game tables, and other products
• Assist with product service, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
• Safely load, secure, transport, unload, and position products
• Operate company trucks, trailers, forklifts, and other equipment
• Provide friendly, professional service and product instruction to customers
• Maintain company vehicles, trailers, tools, and work areas
• Assist with occasional trade show and special event setup and tear‑down

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands‑on position that involves lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, kneeling, and working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Team lifting and lifting equipment are used for heavier products.
