Job summary

Aaron's Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. We offer on-demand pay, career advancement, paid time off, Sundays off, and comprehensive benefits including

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for U.S. roles.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Able to obtain DOT certification if required for location.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products, and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
