Qualifications

• 1+ years of driving experience; box-truck/sprinter van a plus
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card
• Able to lift/push/pull 25+ lbs and work outdoors/in extreme temperatures
• Strong communication and problem-solving with a professional demeanor
• Comfortable using mobile devices, tablets, and laptops for digital records
• 1+ year HVAC technician experience preferred
• Desire to deepen HVAC diagnostics and field responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver and install equipment to customer sites, including long drives or overnight stays
• Serve customers professionally and resolve on-site challenges
• Collaborate with teammates; track activity and update job notes using company tech
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and clean professional standards during all jobs
