Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking delivery helpers to assist delivery drivers with moving product from trucks to customer locations. The role includes unloading, breaking down pallets, and handling up to 300–400 pounds on a hand truck, across a 24/7 route with 14–16 stops per night.

Pay is $19.87/hr, full-time, with benefits such as medical/dental insurance and 401K/pension plans. Must meet safety requirements and pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Prior warehouse or dock experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist CDL Drivers with store delivery.
• Lift/move up to 300lbs with a dolly.
• Interact professionally with customers.
• Read bills of lading and collect receipts.
• Provide navigational assistance to the driver.
