Job summary

Cowtown Materials, Inc. - Lubbock is seeking a Delivery Helper to load, locate job sites, prepare and restore the job site, and prep trucks for the next day.

You will safely unload and deliver to designated areas, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain truck and equipment while following OSHA/DOT guidelines. The role emphasizes teamwork, independence, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment with physical requirements including lifting heavy materials.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate information accurately.
• Stamina to lift at least 75 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and on a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and ensure order accuracy.
• Safely unload and deliver to assigned area.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and paperwork.
• Prepare and maintain truck and equipment for next day.
• Locate job sites and plan routes.
• Secure materials on truck and manage loading safety.
