The Home Delivery Driver Helper plays a crucial role in delivering products to designated locations. Primary Job Functions:

• Responsible for loading products into trucks with driver and going to customers’ homes on pre-routed trips. Delivery can range from drop at doorstep to full set up of product in home.
• Following the best practices for safety while loading or unloading a truck
• Communicating with dispatchers, drivers, and other team members to make deliveries.
• Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
• Follow all OSHA and Company established safety rules and procedures

• Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup.

Educations:

• High School, Diploma or equivalent

Experience:
