Job summary

ABC Supply in Vermont is seeking a Delivery Services Manager to schedule and route deliveries, coordinate fleet maintenance, and keep customers informed of status. You will lead drivers and material handlers, ensure OSHA compliance, and drive safety and efficiency across the delivery network.

You will engage in fleet coordination, training, and performance management to maintain high service levels and reliability for customers across our nationwide distribution network.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple service needs simultaneously.
• Previous dispatch experience is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and route product deliveries.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and ensure repairs are completed properly.
• Update customers on delivery statuses and ensure timely communication.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and federal road procedures.
• Assist in hiring and performance management of drivers and material handlers.
• Coordinate training and certification for drivers and equipment.
