Job Requirements and Duties
You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, as well as access to an insured vehicle for delivery. You should have navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and you must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
General Job Duties For All Store Team Members
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training
Orientation and training provided on the job. All driver positions are paid hourly at minimum wage Washington $16.66 and maximum $16.66. Credit card tips, cash tips and a partial mileage reimbursement are paid at the end of each shift. Hourly is paid via check or direct deposit bi-monthly.
Benefits

Hours
All scheduled hours are based on what the employee is available for and what the store needs. All positions are part time unless otherwise stated. Every employee has the opportunity to work into full time as long as the store has the hours to accommodate by completing training, being reliable for shifts and communicating full-time needs with the manager.
Communication Skills

Essential Functions / Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Work Conditions
EXPOSURE TO
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
- In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees (cooler) to 90 degrees and above in some areas.
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
- Fumes from food odors.
- Exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools from ovens up to 500 degrees or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving and couponing.
Sensing
- Talking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
- Depth perception.
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
- Far vision and night vision for driving.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48".
- Walking: For short distances and durations; delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer location.
- Sitting: Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
- Lifting: Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds; cases are lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.
- Carrying: Large cans, weighing several pounds; deliveries may include pizza sauce weighing up to 30 pounds; trays of pizza dough weighing about 12 pounds per tray; during delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
- Pushing: Move trays on dollies; stack of trays on a dolly; may also be pulled.
- Climbing: May navigate stairs or climb ladders to change prices on signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance; during delivery, navigating five or more flights of stairs may be required.
- Stooping / Bending: Forward bending at waist; some tasks require bending at front counter and stocking ingredients.
- Crouching / Squatting: Performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
- Reaching: Continuous reaching; occasionally reach above 72" to turn on/off oven controls, change prices, or lift and lower objects; reaching down to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes.
- Driving: Deliver pizzas within designated area; may make several deliveries per shift.
- Hand Tasks: Eye-hand coordination essential; manual tasks required throughout day (pizza dough shaping, operating pizza cutter and peel, packaging).
- Machines, Tools, Equipment: Pencils/pens, calculators, computers, pizza cutter and peel; etc.
- Driving Specific Duties: Deliver product by car to customer; deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Requires: Valid driver’s license with safe driving record; access to insured vehicle for delivery.
Qualifications
We are currently looking for a driver who can work 20-30 hours a week. 2+ shifts would be closing shifts typically 5pm-1:30am/2am and the other 2-3 shifts would be evening shifts ranging in hours. We are looking for a part-time opener as well. Shifts are typically 10am-6pm. Off time can vary.
