Training & Pay: Orientation and training provided on the job. All driver positions are paid hourly at minimum & Maximum wage of Southern Oregon at $14.70. Credit card tips, cash tips and a partial mileage reimbursement are paid at the end of each shift. Hourly is paid via check or direct deposit bi monthly. Medical, Dental and Vision insurance are available to employees who have worked at least a year and who average at least 32 hours per week. HOURS: All scheduled hours are based off what employee is available for and what the store needs. All positions are part time unless otherwise stated. Every employee has the opportunity to work into full time as long as the store has the hours to accommodate by completing training, being reliable for shifts and communicating full time needs with manager.

Job Requirements and Duties
You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, as well as access to an insured vehicle for delivery. You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
- General Job Duties For All Store Team Members: Operate all equipment; Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler; Prepare product; Receive and process telephone orders; Take inventory and complete associated paperwork; Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person; Ability to communicate and interact respectfully and effectively with people across cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races.
- Essential Functions/Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator); Must be able to make correct monetary change; Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders; Eye-hand coordination for precise movements; Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen; Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area; Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
- Driving and Hands Tasks: Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area; Team Members may make several deliveries per shift; Eye-hand coordination and frequent use of hands for pizza dough, cutters, and boxes; Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel; Use of computers, calculators, phones, and other tools as needed.
- Requires: Valid driver’s license with safe driving record; Access to insured vehicle for delivery.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks; In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees to 90 degrees or higher; Sudden changes in temperature in work areas; Fumes from food odors; Exposure to cornmeal dust; Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler; Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher; Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts; Driving and couponing in delivery work.
Sensory and Physical Requirements
SENSING Talking and hearing on the telephone. Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces. Far vision and night vision for driving.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, including, but not limited to the following:
- Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48".
- Walking: For short distances for short durations; Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer’s location.
- Sitting: Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
- Lifting: Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more; cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds; cases lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.
- Carrying: Large cans, pizza sauce, trays of dough; carrying during delivery while performing duties.
- Pushing: Move trays on dollies; force needed up to 7.5 pounds; some pulling.
- Climbing: Navigate stairs or ladders for price changes, maintenance; during delivery may require five or more flights of stairs.
- Stooping/Bending and Reaching: Bending at waist; reaching above 72" for oven controls and stock tasks; frequent reaching while grabbing toppings and cleaning surfaces.
- Driving: Deliver product by car within a defined area; multiple deliveries per shift.
- Hand Tasks: Eye-hand coordination; use of pizza dough tools; lifting and handling boxes and equipment.
- Other: Any other duties as assigned to support store operations.
