MBR Management, a Domino's franchise, seeks a Delivery Expert for our Bloomington location to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and outstanding customer service. You will plan routes, handle daily deliveries, and maintain records with a focus on safety and efficiency.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Delivery Expert to join our team at our Bloomington location (2205 E. Oakland Ave.). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages and goods to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. As a Delivery Expert, you will be the face of our organization, and your commitment to excellence will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success.

• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times
• Execute daily deliveries to multiple locations while maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery schedules, special instructions, and any delivery-related concerns
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks before each shift
• Utilize delivery management systems and GPS technology to track shipments and navigate routes effectively
• Handle packages with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition and meet customer expectations
• Resolve delivery challenges and exceptions in real-time, including rerouting and customer communication
• Maintain organized records of deliveries, signatures, and customer feedback
• Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations while operating company vehicles
• Collaborate with the logistics team to address operational issues and improve delivery processes

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivery operations, logistics, or a similar customer-facing operational role
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple stops and prioritize deliveries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency with delivery management software and GPS navigation systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Preferred experience with inventory tracking systems and last-mile delivery operations
• Preferred knowledge of route optimization techniques and delivery logistics best practices
