Living Spaces Furniture in Rialto, CA is hiring a Nationwide Delivery Representative I to advocate for guests across the delivery network. You will manage order adjustments, scheduling, and service resolutions with a strong emphasis on customer service and timely resolution.

The role involves monitoring shipments, supporting KPIs, and collaborating with Distribution Centers and Merchandising to ensure guest satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year experience in customer service or sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a CRM/POS system is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a guest advocate on load-out matters, ensuring customer input guides decisions on damaged or missing items and driver concerns.
• Make outbound calls to guests to resolve reschedules, service issues, and follow-ups.
• Complete daily tasks such as load-out logs, CRM tickets, RMA research, and other communications.
• Research with Distribution Centers and Merchandising to fulfill original orders and resolve tickets within 48 hours.
• Create nationwide follow-up tickets within CRM/Convey and other portals.
