Job summary

Porsche Tallahassee is hiring a Product Specialist to serve as our Porsche Pro (Technologist & Delivery Coordinator). You will guide new and pre-owned owners through comprehensive vehicle delivery, helping them master PCM infotainment, driver-assistance, and performance settings.

The role requires staying current with software updates, EV charging, Porsche App, and ensuring showroom readiness with updated displays.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and comfort explaining advanced vehicle technology and software (Apple CarPlay, driver-assistance systems, EV charging, PCM infotainment).
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and communication skills.
• Automotive dealership or high-end retail experience appreciated, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Client Delivery Coordination – Guide new and pre-owned owners through comprehensive, personalized vehicle delivery appointments, ensuring mastery of PCM infotainment, driver‑assist tech, and performance settings.
• Tech & Feature Mastery – Stay up-to-date on Porsche software updates, EV charging protocols, and digital applications to troubleshoot and educate clients.
• Pre-Delivery Preparation – Inspect delivery vehicles to ensure settings and profiles are fully configured before client arrival.
• Showroom Readiness – Maintain a pristine, tech-ready showroom with active displays and updated demonstration software.
• Post-Delivery Follow-Up – Reach out to recent delivery clients to answer questions and schedule follow-ups.
• Team Collaboration – Partner with sales and delivery teams for a high-touch luxury handover from signature to drive-off.
