Job description

Own client outcomes end-to-end so our founder can stop being the single point of failure on every engagement. You'll run the full arc of each client relationship: scoping work, planning deliverables, coordinating contractors and interns, keeping every workstream on track, and making sure each client feels genuinely well taken care of from kickoff to renewal.
