Peace One Logistics INC. is seeking reliable Delivery Drivers to join our team in New Castle, Delaware. You will deliver packages to local homes and businesses, supporting operations with safety-focused, customer-oriented service.

The role offers weekly pay, paid training, and benefits such as health insurance and 401(k). A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required, plus the ability to lift 80–100 lbs. No CDL is required.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle and transport packages weighing 80–100 lbs. using a hand truck.
• Ability to bend, lift, and safely maneuver packages in and out of a delivery truck and to customers' front doors or designated delivery access points.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating busy delivery routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages to designated locations.
• Complete timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining package condition.
• Pick up, load, unload, and transport packages.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes while complying with traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Verify package accuracy and maintain required delivery documentation.
• Provide professional, polite, and customer-focused service during deliveries.
• Communicate with the dispatch team regarding schedules, delays, or delivery issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
• Report vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations promptly.
• Follow all company policies, delivery procedures, and safety protocols.
• Represent Peace One Logistics INC. professionally at all times.
