Job summary

Routewise Logistics is hiring Delivery Drivers in Pennsylvania. No CDL required. You will safely operate company vehicles, deliver packages, load and unload, and communicate with dispatch to keep schedules on track.

Requirements include 21+ years old, a clean driving record, and ability to pass background and drug screening. Weekly pay, paid training, and a stop bonus are offered to support new drivers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pre-employment background and drug screening required.
• Prior courier experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs and maneuver in/out of delivery truck.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages to designated locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Load and unload packages.
• Plan efficient routes and follow traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Verify package accuracy and complete required documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
• Collaborate with dispatch to optimize schedules and relay delays.
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and upkeep.
• Report vehicle issues or accidents to supervisor.
