OS Enterprises Inc. is seeking reliable Delivery Drivers to join our team. You will deliver packages to customers safely and on time, maintaining professionalism and a high level of service throughout the route.

This role requires a clean driving record, ability to lift up to 150 lbs, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment. Weekly pay, paid training, and PTO are offered to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to clear pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Prior courier experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and load/unload packages.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries and preserve package condition.
• Load and unload packages as needed.
• Plan the most efficient route while complying with laws and safety rules.
• Verify package accuracy and document deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service with professionalism.
• Coordinate with dispatch to optimize schedules and report delays.
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and perform basic reporting of issues.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols at all times.
• Represent the organization in a positive, professional manner.
