Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Clean driving record and knowledge of the Metro area helpful.

Responsibilities

• Keep showroom stocked, rotate inventory, and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Process orders by phone, email, or in person; assist with inside sales tasks.
• Mix or tint paint and provide product information including MSDS and hazards.
• Move stock, receive freight, assist inventory counts, and handle shipping.
• Address customer complaints by escalating to supervisor; uphold PPE and safety rules.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness; collaborate across branches with professionalism.
