Gordon Flesch Company in Ohio is seeking a delivery associate to safely deliver equipment and uphold our professional image. You will work with Inventory and Service teams, operate 16-26 ft trucks, and maintain accurate electronic records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and DOT/ Fed Med as required.
• Ability to drive 16-26’ straight truck.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds individually and push/pull 200+ pounds with assistance.
• Ability to obtain forklift and stairclimber certification; internal GFC certifier.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce the positive image of Gordon Flesch Company while delivering equipment and maintaining professional communication and appearance.
• Work closely with Inventory staff, Service department, and other associates as needed.
• Safely load, unload, and secure the vehicle and cargo.
• Provide professional, reliable delivery of equipment.
• Operate company vehicles and delivery tools in accordance with safety policies.
• Accurately complete all electronic paperwork and vehicle inspections on the tablet daily.
• Pull equipment and unpack for Shop Technicians to assemble; update records as needed.
• Stock and ship parts and/or supplies to technicians and customers.
• Verify product and serial numbers as well as device configurations.
• Clear machine data and hard drives as required.
• Inspect warehouse and equipment for a clean, safe environment and recommend maintenance.
• Back up other departmental duties as needed.
• Accurately complete all paperwork related to the position.
• Perform receiving duties including damage inspection and unloading.
• Perform regular cycle counts of inventory per schedule and best practices.
